The firm has also represented clients suffering serious economic loss from fraudulent business transactions and fiduciary duty violations, in complex litigation, including mass tort and class action clients wherein Tim Smith served as Plaintiffs' lead counsel in a 64,000 member class in a timeshare consumer class action certification and settlement, assisted in oil and gas class actions, and served as counsel for 300 members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 60 to recover their wrongfully unpaid wages and benefits.
